Innovation, industry integration, and internationalization can achieve long-term holistic effects in teaching-learning. High-quality teaching and a solid curriculum can be the foundation of rigorous academic programs. Innovative and interdisciplinary approaches challenge young minds to discover scholarly paths and develop intellectual enthusiasm. The educational policy implementation at higher education institutions should include integrating value-added programs that enable academic excellence.
Integrating value-added courses should be about leveraging budding professionals’ talents and innovative capabilities to meet modern business needs. This will make the student more industry-ready. Value-added programs enhance students’ learning and prepare them for professional life. These programs allow students to see the world from a different perspective and to understand the issues that face the industry. They also help students develop creative and innovative skills through various courses.
